What is this?
This document describes how to set up Anchor Distributors as a vendor with electronic ordering capabilities in your IBID system.
Instructions
Your IBID system may already include Whitaker Distributors in its vendor list. To check if we are included, go to MAIN MENU, select option 7, VENDORS. Position the cursor in the VENDOR CODE field and press W, then F7. You should see a look-up list of vendor codes beginning with W. Select Whitaker if we are listed. You should then see a display similar to the one shown below. Add or change Whitaker information to agree with the display shown below. Don�t forget to enter your Whitaker account number if it is not included (shown as ##### below). Please note our new mailing address, and make corrections if necessary. When done adding or correcting the information, press F2 to update the record in IBID. Whitaker needs your store�s SAN# to set up our computer to receive your electronic orders. Please call 800-444-4484 if we do not have it on file. You should now be ready to order electronically from Anchor Distributors.

If Whitaker was not included in the vendor look-up list described above, then add Whitaker to your vendor list as follows. Go to MAIN MENU, select option 7, VENDORS. Enter a vendor code for Whitaker in the VENDOR CODE field (suggestion � use WHIT). Enter the remaining Whitaker information as shown above, and press F1 to add Whitaker as a new vendor. You should now be ready to order electronically from Anchor Distributors.
On the IBID Purchase Order screen, you are required to enter a Bisac Vendor Code at the bottom right corner of the screen. Enter WHT for Whitaker.
